Wellness and Recovery

Healing from past experiences requires more than awareness—it requires a path forward. Our Wellness and Recovery programs focus on helping individuals and families rebuild emotional strength, develop healthy habits, and move toward a more stable and balanced life.

Participants receive support through programs led by a certified physical trainer who conducts virtual workout sessions designed to improve both physical and mental well-being. In addition, quarterly nutritional workshops help individuals understand the connection between nutrition and mental health, empowering them to make healthier lifestyle choices.

By focusing on both physical and emotional wellness, families can begin to rebuild trust, strengthen relationships, and create healthier environments for their children.
